I've heard of Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula creams and lotions when I was in the UK, but never tried any of the range as I do not like the smell of cocoa butter (I have one from the Body Shop Spa Wisdom range, and I really dislike the smell. More on that in my future posts).
The Olive Butter range came out recently, and to be honest, I never would have tried it out if not for a free sample sachet of the lotion in one of the fashion magazines I read. I tried it on in just one application, and I must say, I'm hooked!

I love the fact that it's non-greasy on the skin. I absolutely hate lotions and creams which leave an oily residue on the skin. The lotion was immediately absorbed when I applied it, and my skin felt soft and moisturised.
I've been using the lotion for a week now (I just had to get a bottle of my own), and the dry skin on my elbows have significantly improved. It's not too rich, which is good for our humid weather. I also like the fact that it contains Vitamin E; Vitamin E does wonders on dry skin, keeping it nicely moisturised.
Oh, and it smells quite fresh too. I'm really particular about a body lotion's fragrance (I can't wear anything too strong), and I give this one a thumbs up. It might a tad heavy when you first apply the lotion; give it a minute or so, and the fragrance will soon settle down, leaving a subtle scent.
I highly recommend this to anyone with dry skin. Of course, for those with normal or oily skin, you can use this too, as it's not that heavy, and definitely not greasy.
The 250ml bottle retails at around RM33 at Guardian and Watsons.

uh... does it smell like totally cocoa? just like the body shop range? I find the smell of cocoa too santanish if you detest the smell
Prettybeautiful: Nope, not for the olive butter formula. I can't tahan the cocoa butter from the Body Shop too. Yep, exactly what you mentioned - too santan-ish.
The olive butter's quite light, and smells quite nice when applied on the skin.
