Review: Cancer Council Australia Tinted Moisturiser

I've heard a lot of Cancer Council Australia sunscreens even when I was in Malaysia, and when Priceline had a 30% discount promotion on their Cancer Council Australia cosmetic sunscreen range, I thought I'd give their tinted moisturisers a go.

The tinted moisturiser provides a natural-looking complexion, and contains UVA and UVB sunscreen filters for broad spectrum SPF30+ skin protection. It's very light and non-greasy, and is very similar to my Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser. In fact, it's just as good, with a even higher SPF, at a much lower price.

This works well as a makeup base, or worn on its own giving an evened out skin tone. Once my Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser is finished, I'm sticking to this one.
Cancer Council Australia Tinted Moisturiser SPF 30+ is available in Priceline at AUD11.95. This isn't shelved with their usual sunscreens though; you'd have to look for it in the sunscreen cosmetics section. I looked high and low for this in different Priceline stores, when it was right under my nose in the cosmetics section the whole time. Sheesh.
By purchasing Cancer Council Australia sunscreen products, you help to fund cancer research, patient support and education. You get protection from the harmful sun rays and you get to do good. Talk about killing two birds with a stone, eh?
What I like about it: High SPF, light and non-greasy. Oh, and it's cheap.
What I did not like about it: No problems with this one. Yay!

I never used tinted suncreen. I use the transperant one. Soooo tinted is better than transperant?
I'm confused. Let me know.
Constant Drama:
It depends on your needs. I always prefer a conventional sunscreen anytime, but for the times when I am a bit too lazy to apply both light foundation and my sunscreen, I'd just use the tinted moisturiser instead. In Malaysia, you can skip the moisturiser altogether :)
The tinted moisturiser is just more convenient when you want a bit of even skin tone coverage on your face as well.
I like the Cancer Council stuff. I'm going to try the Ultra one some day. It looks more "potent" :)
I love products that talks about care for the health! thanks for this, never heard about this brand, but i'll keep my eyes ears nose throat (LOL) open for this brand when I go to Malaysia..and PB!!! I would want to see you if i go there :) :) :)
