'Tis Wednesday once more. How's your week going? Good, I hope. The weather is Melbourne is a bit crappy this week; we've been getting a lot of rain. That means it's cold, cold, COLD! Oh well, let not the rain put a damper on my favourite post of the week - poll time!
Okay, my question for this week is - what is your preference on method of lip colour application? Lipstick or lip gloss? And this time, you can choose only ONE.
I'm sure you'd prefer one to the other. Perhaps we use lipgloss on particular occasions, and lipstick others. But there's always a type of lippie which we'd always prefer, which would show in your makeup collection. Which ones do you have more of? That should tell you right away :p
For me, I prefer lipgloss to lipstick. I have more lipgloss compared to lipstick. I like the glossy sheen of lip gloss. I like the sexy pucker lip gloss gives me compared to a lipstick. Although I must say, lipsticks are getting great press these days on including gloss with lippies as well. Lipstick look a little dull during the day to me, whereas with lip gloss, it looks good during the day AND night. I can do without lipstick anytime.

Me is a lip gloss fan! I only had one lipstick so far and I never really used it.
Guess I'm the odd one to prefer lipstick. :)
I'm more comfortable with a subtle layer of lipstick than shiny lip gloss. For work, that is.
Doubt anyone's gonna take me seriously if I dolled up in glossy lips, but that might be bcoz of my line of work. :/

I am, hands down, a lip gloss person. I have rather sensitive lips and I don't like to have a lot going on with the lips. Always prefer something subtle for the lips.
Lipstick. They dont have lipglosses back in the 50's did they? And I like to strut around in my red lipstick, pretending I'm a pin-up girl.
Now...you know =p
lipgloss, lipgloss and MORE lipgloss - Revlon's Superlustrous gloss is a particular favourite, with Lancome juicy tubes coming in second... :)
